Sales Item Manager handles 2 major areas :-

1)Regular Sales Item:- These are the Items which are the core part of you sale and production cycles and you makes most revenue out of it, here are some of the special features our product offers.

  • Providing Right product category,UOM,Pack Type.
  • If it is a kit item, if yes then asking you to provide child items required to build it.
  • Exchange item setup
  • Inventory Account Setup (For Auto Accounting entries)
  • Price group and Matrix to provide accurate price based upon customer, such as dealer price for dealers/whole sellers, discounted for regular customer,retail procing.
  • Cost capturing for deciding more accurate profit ratio and selling price.
  • Vendor Details associated with the given item.
  • Active/deactivate/supersession item.
  • Different Price levels and amount with Effective dates, so you don’t have to worry about the price changes.
  • Tax/Tariff/Discount setup on given Item.

2)Special Sales Items - Often a Business needs to sell items that are not in the regular line to drive customer loyalty. The IO360 lets Sales Reps add and edit special items. While your Inventory specialist manages the official product line, a Sales Rep uses the Special Sale Parts module to make a rapid response to RFQ when it requires inclusion of a special item outside of your Price List. This new item now can be procured from a vendor just as would a standard item.

This feature is designed for resellers, integrators and brokers to provide a rapid response to potential accounts, and is customer-configurable. While your Inventory specialist manages the official product line, a Sales specialist may use the Special Sale Parts module to make a rapid response to RFQ when it requires inclusion of a special item outside of your Price List.
